Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through various offline, online, electronic, and other marketing vehicles.

Perform regular market research studies to gather brand data.

Research and Brainstorm on how product design and implementation can be improved

Planning and executing of brand marketing campaigns.

Continuous communication with clients to understand the dynamic expectations.

Set Brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

Plan, implement and execute successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion and advertising).

Ideate new and out-of-the-box concepts and suggest campaign ideas with an understanding of the competitor landscape, insights, and the market.

Plan and execute events and promotions.

Identify, analyze, and shadow the competitors and their activities and build strategies around the same to stay ahead in the market and share the research findings presentation.

Develop strategies and implementation plans for acquiring new clients.

Attending to the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
