Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through various offline, online, electronic, and other marketing vehicles.

  • Perform regular market research studies to gather brand data.

  • Research and Brainstorm on how product design and implementation can be improved

  • Planning and executing of brand marketing campaigns.

  • Continuous communication with clients to understand the dynamic expectations.

  • Set Brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.

  • Plan, implement and execute successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion and advertising).

  • Ideate new and out-of-the-box concepts and suggest campaign ideas with an understanding of the competitor landscape, insights, and the market.

  • Plan and execute events and promotions.

  • Identify, analyze, and shadow the competitors and their activities and build strategies around the same to stay ahead in the market and share the research findings presentation.

  • Develop strategies and implementation plans for acquiring new clients.

  • Attending to the needs of the client and continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
